Chase Hazelwood - Owner and CEO
Chase Hazelwood

Owner and CEO

Chase grew up working odd jobs in his family business before pursuing a degree in entrepreneurship and marketing. He joined Go-Forth Pest Control full-time in 2004, working in every position, including crawling in crawl spaces, digging trenches, answering phones, and washing vehicles. After working his way up through department and regional management, to GM, he became the third generation owner in 2013 with his purchase of the company from his parents.

With 18 years of dedicated service and professional development at Go-Forth Home Services, Dennis' experience starting as a Termite Technician and growing into a departmental, then regional, then company-wide leader, has been instrumental in shaping our company's operational excellence as Chief Operating Officer. His hands-on leadership approach and deep industry knowledge drive our daily operations while ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service.

Director of Project Management, Acquisition Initiatives, and Innovation

Katrina Zrubek, Director of Project Management at Go-Forth, drives innovation, acquisitions, and process improvmeents. Katrina plays a key role in supporting Go-Forth’s executives “implement every strategy in the pursuit of perfection.” Prior to joining the Go-Forth team, Katrina spent several years evaluating deals for two North Carolina based venture firms and a private equity group working with entrepreneurs on various “next phase” projects. She is willing to take on all that comes her way and skilled at managing multiple initiatives.
